Double-click it. If Windows or your Mac asks "Are you sure?", click Run, Open, or Yes. Nothing installs permanently.
Read us your 9-digit code
A small window appears with a 9-digit session code. Read that number to the person you are on the phone with — that is it.
We connect and help
You will see everything we do on your screen the whole time. Close the window any time to end the session instantly.
Is this safe?
Yes. We use Splashtop SOS, the same on-demand tool used by IT teams worldwide. We only get access while you are watching, and only after you give us the code.
